One Boston Place is located at the intersection of Washington Street and Court Street, just south of City Hall Plaza and just across the street from the historic Old State House.

WALKING FROM THE MBTA

Orange Line – State Street (Less Than 0.1 Mile Walk)
This stop is located within the Old State House directly across Washington Street from the building.

Green Line – Government Center (0.1 Mile Walk)
Exit the south side of City Hall Plaza and turn left on Court Street. Turn right on Washington Street and it is the first building on your right.

Blue Line – State Street (Less Than 0.1 Mile Walk)
This stop is located within the Old State House directly across Washington Street from the building.

Red Line – Park Street (0.3 Mile Walk)
Take Tremont Street north toward the Financial District. Turn right on School Street. Turn left on Washington Street and the building will be on your left.

DRIVING FROM LOGAN AIRPORT

  • From the Airport, take Route 1A S toward Interstate 93 N and Government Center.
  • From Interstate 93 N, take Exit 22 toward Government Center.
  • Turn right on North Street.
  • Turn left on Congress Street, stay in right lane.
  • Turn right on State Street. At next light State Street becomes Court Street.
  • Fork left at next light on Tremont Street.
  • Turn left at next light on School Street.
  • Turn left at next light on Washington Street.
  • For parking, use the Pi Alley Garage on your left at 275 Washington Street, located immediately next door to One Boston Place.
